The Digital Alcohol Test 2 includes a sound alarm and a LCD display to facilitate the reading of the data. It includes an alcohol sensor able to detect a rate of alcohol in the blood stream from 0.0 to 1.9 g / l. The response time is very fast - less than 5 seconds. Includes 5 spare mouthpieces.

Includes a ring that allows it to function as a keychain.

Operates on 2 AAA batteries (not included). To save energy, the device turns itself off automatically.

The mode of operation is very simple. Simply:

• Connect the breathalyzer,
• Wait until the the message 'BLOW' appears in the display. This happens after the countdown (from 10 to 0) ends and the device enters in TEST mode,
• Blow the mouthpiece for 3-5 seconds
• Read the results on the LCD display.

The symbol "CAUTION" appears on the screen if the rate of alcohol in the bloodstream is between 0.02% (ie, 0.2 g / l) and 0.05% (or 0.5 g / l). The symbol "DANGER" appears if the rate of alcohol in the bloodstream is less than 0.05% (ie, 0.05 g / l).
